    Confirm the engagement

    We review the brief, ask focused questions, and recommend the smallest useful engagement. Deliverables, exclusions, timing, cost, and completion criteria are agreed before work starts.

    Execute with clear checkpoints

    Development or analysis follows the agreed scope, with concise progress updates and review points where client feedback can materially affect the result.

    Deliver and hand off

    Receive the agreed build, source changes, technical report, documentation, or implementation roadmap, followed by a final walkthrough and clear next-step recommendation.
